Hyder Shah
Founder, AgenticOps
§ 01
Background
Hyder is an agentic systems engineer focused on UAE B2B implementation. His day-to-day work spans the orchestration layer (LangGraph, Pydantic AI, the Model Context Protocol), the model layer (OpenAI and Anthropic Claude), and the integration layer (CRM, ERP, and WhatsApp Business API stacks used by UAE SMEs and mid-market firms).
The thesis behind AgenticOps is narrow on purpose. Most UAE businesses do not need another strategy deck or another chatbot — they need a partner that can ship a governed agent into production in 90 days, with PDPL-aligned data handling and a clear handoff protocol when the agent is uncertain. That is the only thing the firm does. Hyder is the architect on every engagement and the lead author of the reference content on this site.
AgenticOps was founded in 2026 in Dubai and operates from the Dubai International Financial Centre. The firm serves UAE-regulated sectors where governance is non-optional: real estate, logistics, financial services under DIFC, and healthcare under DHA AI guidance. Bilingual (English / Gulf Arabic) deployment is the default, not a bolt-on.
§ 02
Areas of focus
- Agentic AI implementation — diagnostic, build, governance, and operations under a 90-day delivery contract.
- Governance design — audit logs, escalation thresholds, and decision-trace records for examiner-ready evidence packs.
- Vendor evaluation — orchestration frameworks, model providers, and BSPs (360dialog, Twilio, Wati, Gupshup) for UAE deployments.
- UAE regulatory overlays — PDPL, DIFC Data Protection Regulation 10, and DHA AI guidance applied to live agent workflows.
- Bilingual deployment — English and Gulf Arabic (Khaleeji), including Arabizi handling and per-message language detection.
- Reference content — mandate guide, glossary, and comparison guides used by UAE operators evaluating agentic AI.

Editorial standards
Every claim on agenticops.ae traces back to a verifiable source. Government and regulatory facts are sourced from primary publishers — gov.ae, mediaoffice.ae, and the official websites of DIFC, DHA, and the UAE Cabinet. Programme dates, quotations, and authority attributions reference the originating press release rather than secondary coverage.
Reference articles carry both publishedAt and updatedAt
frontmatter dates. When a regulation, programme detail, or vendor capability
changes, the article is updated and the updatedAt stamp is moved
forward. Content that cannot be re-verified against a current primary source is
removed rather than left to drift.
Pricing, timeline, and methodology claims reflect AgenticOps engagements — they are not market generalisations. Where competitor or platform claims appear, they are linked to the vendor's own documentation. The full citation library for the reference content is published at /resources.
